Ryan went far out of his way to assist us. His help with arranging an expert inspector was invaluable. He always made himself available to answer questions, and returned after hours calls promptly. One evening, he left dinner with his family, put a ladder in his wife’s SUV, and went to the house under consideration so that I could confirm whether a beam supporting the elevated deck was reinforced with metal or plywood. He worked effectively with the other agent to ensure a smooth transaction. It is no understatement to say that the transaction would have fallen through without him.
