Chris Ketcham, Realtor
Chris moved to the Charlottesville area in 2015 after running a large and successful family
bakery business in Southwest Florida for over 25 years. After moving to Cville he connected
with a mutual friend who was a reporter in Florida and had relocated to Cville herself. She
agreed to show him around town and a few years later became his wife. They live happily
together in Spring Creek with their two Pomsky pups. Chris is also the founder and owner of
Ketcham in Focus, a real estate photography business, giving him the ability to serve his clients
in multiple ways.
