Yonna is AWESOME…We can not say enough about how great of a Realtor she is…perfect for 1st time homebuyers.

I knew Ryan was the perfect fit for my real estate search needs when I met him during an open house. He let me take the lead in my property search and was always available when I needed him. He was there to support me every step of the way in this crazy pandemic market. I couldn't have asked for a better agent.

Towards the end of the transaction, we also worked with Keith. His technical expertise & experience with the construction trade was very useful during & after the home inspection. His advice saved us significant time and money. It was great working with him!

Ryan went far out of his way to assist us. His help with arranging an expert inspector was invaluable. He always made himself available to answer questions, and returned after hours calls promptly. One evening, he left dinner with his family, put a ladder in his wife’s SUV, and went to the house under consideration so that I could confirm whether a beam supporting the elevated deck was reinforced with metal or plywood. He worked effectively with the other agent to ensure a smooth transaction. It is no understatement to say that the transaction would have fallen through without him.

Our home-buying process was so smooth, from the time we started looking until closing. He was super helpful and answered any questions we had. He even made our children feel like they were part of the process. As a first time home owner we couldn’t have asked for a better experience/realtor!
